Galaxy F23 5G sports a 6.6-inch LCD display that offers Full HD+ resolution at 1080x2408 pixels. The screen produces pixel density of 400 PPI, gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and comes with a notch at the top. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. The 20:9 aspect ratio design offers screen to body ratio of 82 percent. For security purpose, this phone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor built under the power button, and face unlock that works through the selfie camera.

Samsung Galaxy F23 5G gets powered by octa-core Snapdragon 750G chipset along with 4GB RAM and offers 128GB onboard storage which is expandable using the dedicated card slot. The phone runs on Samsung One UI built over Android 12 operating system. Galaxy F23 5G comes equipped with a triple rear camera that includes a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP sensor. The front of the phone gets an 8MP camera that lets you click selfies, shoot videos and take video calls.

Samsung has loaded this new 5G device with a large 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging speed for quick boot up. The connectivity and charging happens via USB Type C port. The phone also offers other main features like Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, 4G VoLTE, USB OTG, and GPS with GLONASS.
